For some reason in Vista WoW comes up with the Licence Agreement that you have to accept when you install the game/patch every time I load it. Anyone know how to get rid of it? Not that I can't live with it, just a bit annoying.

its because you have UAC on.
here i will tell you how to turn it off.
basically uac is user account control. it disallows any un familiar program to make or modify folders and files. which means it isnt allowing WoW to make a cahce folder. your temporary memory.
    So go to control panel.
make sure your in control panel home and not the icon view, or u cant find this.
then click the category "user accounts and family safety"
    Then click on "User accounts"
Then last but not least click on "Turn user account controll on or off"
Now make sure the Box is UNchecked then hit ok.
that should help you, now in your wow directory, you should see a folder called cache.
You want to delete that every once in a while, since some things in game change, and you wont see those changes untill you delete that folder, and dont worry, it will come back.

either that or try right click run as admin on wow.exe not the launcher.

    or

go here C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\WTF edit the config.wtf file and the first few lines should look like so

    SET readTOS "1"
    SET readEULA "1"
    SET readScanning "-1"
    SET readContest "-1"
    SET readTerminationWithoutNotice "1"
    SET locale "enGB"
