Updating to a new PryDev release

   1. Download and extract to a temp directory the lastest PryDev release
   2. Select all files and directories, except config files (.conf) and copy them to your c:\mangos directory (over-write all files)
   3. Open Navicat and open your connection to localhost
   4. Right click Mangos and select 'Drop Database'
   5. Click 'Ok' to 'Are you sure?'
   6. Right click local and select 'New Database'
   7. Enter Mangos and click 'Ok'
   8. Right click 'Mangos' and select 'Open Database' (or double left click on it). It will turn green when it is open.
   9. Right click 'Mangos' and select 'Execute Batch Files...'
   10. Browse to the c:\mangos\database directory and select the mango sql build you want (bliz or fun)
   11. Close Navicat
   12. Run realmd.exe
   13. Run mangosd.exe

   PryD, let me know if that looks right. Just went through these and everything appears to be running ok.

   If you're upgrading from 7227, there are some character database updates you'll need to run as well, which is a fair bit more difficult.

   You'll first need to get the source code, described under section one here. You then need to run the appropriate updates for the character database as described in section three here.

   Fortunately, you can skip the compiling and such because Pryd is awesome.

   Edit: Also, you don't need to worry about mangos/scriptdev database updates, since you're replacing the entire database anyway. This is a good thing, since mangos accounts for 90% of the updates.
