Whenever i try to logon to my private server, it says unable to connect. My realmlist.wtf is set to the server and everything but it still keeps doing the same thing. My server was working fine before, but all of a sudden it stopped working. Im using a lan server on a different computer because it didnt work on mine to start with. I didnt update WoW or change anything. can you please help me?

Greyhorne, i assume you have the same problem. This can have several causes:
1. Your Realmlist.wtf is set up wrong, doublecheck it.
2. You didnt assign the server to the correct IP; use the freshinstall bat and select the option for LAN. Make sure you enter the correct IP (either local, global, or hamachi)
3. you didnt forward the ports 8085 and 3724 properly.Posted 1 year ago » Permalink
