what is the actual character data save file? the 'data' folder of mysql or the 'innodb data file' or both of them? i had a level 30 paladin on my last pc, i kept the whole 'data' folder of mysql and also the 'innodb data file', but can't play on my new pc, although navicat shows that i have an account and a character in it and also the trinitycore says that i have that account but i can't login. can anyone help?

just make a backup of your old character database with navicat, and import it to the new character database. should be a .sql file.
