I just installed Reaper Mangos 4875 - Easy WoW Private Server for WoW 2.3.0 and i have
    TBC patched to 2.3.0...

I can host, connect to and play on the server. Problem is I can not create a blood elf or dranei... Their pictures are there but grayed out. I believe the maps and everything installed when I extracted the maps and did the vmaps. Not sure as I have no way to check to see if a certain area in game is in the maps folder with any certainty without logging in and walking to that area.

I had a thought that the mangos.sql in the folder didn't have the correct information in it to run TBC content, if that is the case I need a compatible mangos.sql file with tbc content available.

Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

    FIXED!

The problem was answered in a post on another forum... anyone with my problem can try this for a very simple but effective fix...

To enable TBC account you must edit ACCOUNT table TBC column in REALMD database from 0 to 1 or use minimanager for account registration!

Very very duh duh duhhh moment... deskface...

This deserves a BUMP. I had the same problem where with one install it worked and then on the 2nd try it didn't work doing it through the Mangos interface.

Once again type this into your Mangosd console after it loads:

    setbc accountname 1

accountname being the Account name of the user so example:

    setbc Artain 1

    will enable TBC :D

    Thanks Kageboshi

I've looked everywhere and I still can't find a solution for my problem.
I've typed in setbc account name 1 but what I receive is this error:

"Your account is authorized for The Burning Crusade expansion, but the computer you are playing on does not contain Burning Crusade data. To play on this machine with this account, you must install the Burning Crusade. Additional data is available at: [www.wow-europe.com/en/burningcrusade/download.com]

Of course TBC is installed and working on my computer, I've tried to use it with my live characters and all works fine. Please, I need to solve this problem pronto :(

Did you enabled TBC content in mangos configuration file? If didn't simply find the line where it states 'Expansion = 0' and set it to 1.
