usually the first thing the installer asks is what the path to your mysql installation is.
for example i use wamp - windows apache mysql and php and it installs mysql to
    C:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.0.45\bin

its not a problem with ScriptDev2, its to do with the .bat file. Seems to have problems for some reason. You may find help at the similar post on this site here

first i want to know, you did download the latest release right? 5953

But When you first open the batch it should ask you your Mysql directory.
By default it is C:/program files/mysql/mysql server 5.0/bin
the number may change depending on the version your downloaded. that should help out.
but its not scriptdev2 trust all of us on that.
