   if anyone can help me. what do i download isos with and what computer do i use.
   and where can i get them.

   Download iso ? big files usually transferred via torrent ..

   if you're going to use it on Real gaming console. You'll need to burn it first using CDRW / DVDRW. If you just want to play it on your computer (i assume you already have the emulator and the required files), you can mount it using Virtual CD emulation software such as Daemon Tools (freeware for personal use), or other similar apps

   where to get bios ?

   Try searching for torrent site using your favorite search engine

   I assume you already own a dvd writer / cd writer (hardware), the next thing you should do is just use various CD / DVD Burning program such as Nero Burning Rom, Alcohol, etc and choose to burn Images .. that's it for burning

   To play a burned cd / dvd or other home made / self made cd (you can also say backup copy) on your playstation, you'll need a Modchip installed on your playstation console or if you dont want to use modchip you can also use swap magic

   unfortunately both modchip and swap magic will cost you
