    Hi,

Been out of the game for a while but decided to give it another try for a while.

Running the server every day while I test and adjust stuff from work and just found that the OLD expert and artisan trainers appear to be gone, I also looked on WoW webpages and find they were changed in the 2.3.3+ updates on Real servers.

I am guessing the same has happened here & so far EVERY leatherwork trainer I can find in the alliance main cities won't train me above 150!

:( any ideas on how to repair this, I would rather not use GM powers etc. as I prefer to play blizlike rather than Phunserva (or Tardplay) ;) )

    TIA

So that is how Blizzard approaches changes?

Or are the NPC's supposed to point you there.

Seems a bit odd to be heading into the boonies when the expert trainers were in the major cities previously.

Not being a player of the Real WoW makes it a little hard to keep track of this sort of thing, but the MMO I play has helpful NPC's that address you or have titles suggesting they have information or feathered heads to lead you on the path to improvement.

Funny how this is a skill level making armor for 30ish characters, 155 skill is barely high enough to need to go into 60+ zones as far as I can see. That is plain nuts.

OK I guess the Mangos crew are still working on getting this part right.

NP. As I said in initial post I tried ALL the trainers in the major alliance cities, not playing evil races much at the moment except as a Tauren Hunter GM char, which defeats the purpose of professions since he can get anything he likes ;) (And has a ton of sexy gear)

I been reading the patch texts from Official and they apparently dropped a few trainers and combined them into the Artisan or Expert I forget which one.

Seems the error is the UDB anyway as I haunted their site for a few days to see the same queries being asked there as I asked here. The advanced trainers no longer train you up they only have recipes.

Here is the latest on the updated trainers etc. from a WoW fansite
    http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/guides.html?guide=361#Leatherworking

Apparenty the UDB has some patch if you can find it but you also need to update the Mangos to a higher version and all sorts :(

It is also apparently impossible to START a profession under this database now without GM commands. but if you are already trained up from the older 54++ mangos it allows you to get to where I am now 150 skill.

Not sure if this is EVERY profession but at least 4 are affected by the problem.

Shame I kinda enjoyed doing it the ridgey-didge way
