I'm not sure if this is the right place, but just found these forums when trying to find some help with my problem.
I have installed and compiled newest mangos server downloaded by the svn and I got psdatabase, mut the problem is this: I have extracted the dbc and map from newest wotlk client with ad.exe coming with mangos svn source files, but the mangos.exe says it cant find map 0002828.map, I have right datadir in the mangos config file and I have a lot of maps in maps dir, but seems like Its still missing some. Do I have wrong ad.exe or why is the file missing?
Need Help with .map files in newest mangos wotlk private server

Going by that error alone there are only two posibilities.
Your mangos.conf is looking in the wrong place or the file 0002828.map isn't there.
Double check that the datadir is pointing to the right place. If it is, then look for that file in the map folder. if its not there, then you have found your problem. Try re extracting the maps and dbcs and watch for any errors as it works.

Yes, The there is no file named 0002828.map, and Im sure the datadir is right, because if its wrong it will give error from another map file. I have extracted maps many times but don't know if ad.exe gives some error, Ill check that probably tomorrow, if you got some idea why ad.exe doesn't extract all the maps please tell me. I got about 4450 maps in my maps directory, Im not sure how many there should be.

Is the client software patched to the right version for your server? if your extracting maps from 2.4.2 for a server running 2.4.3 for example, you will get missing files.
(this may not be the case regarding 2.4.2 to 2.4.3 so please dont flame me
. its only an example)
