i installed mangos, updated mangos.sql(also character.sql & realm.sql) with its blank mangos.sgl wich provided by mangos, able to be in the game just no npcs like they said, then i downloaded UDB_0.10.0_Core_5648_SD2_344.sql from udb and used "restoe ..." command to update mangos.sql which made mangos.exe server paused on loading. did i do something wrong? how can i fix it? plz help, thanx a lot!!

UDB 0.10.0 core 5648 sd2 344 is the last 2.3.3 supported data base and revision 5648 mangos is the last 2.3.3 supported mangos. The latest revisions of mangos is 2.4.1 supported. the UDB 0.10.0 data base is not supportive of 2.4.1 It has alot of bugs and alot of stuff dosn't work and crash's with 2.4.1.
You should use the Tortoise and pulldown revision 5648. To do that go to the TortoiseSVN and choose to update to revision.

this time i downloaded mangos binary from http://www.mangos-fae.info/news.php alone with all other latest.
but mangos.exe still has many errors like "xxxx spell doex not exit" and it still paused on item loading

The binary that you're using doesn't match your SQL table format. With each mangos release (or, with *many* releases), the table formats/columns are altered in order to be more efficient and to better handle the .dbc content. However, your binary needs to match your tables version; If you're running SVN 5700, your tables have to be version 5700.
Because you've run the latest SVN and have updated your tables, you can't run an older binary.
Continue to run latest binaries and just live with the errors from UDB 0.10.0 until 0.10.1 is released. That's what I'm doing.

Get SQLyog or Navicat either tool can be used to access and edit the data base.
