Item Text Doesn't change after edit

   Hi im making a LAN-private server for my friends , so we can duel and explore BT and other stuff
   so i made a GM account and i wanted to edit a weapon so i can help them with instances and stuff
   so i used " quice " to edit the weapon, put in some damage on it and i added this comment " This is a GM weapon"

   so far all things are good , the weapon worked like a charm but the problem is i cant see the comment I've added or the extra damage I've put , i can see that it has increased my stats but i cant see it on the item's pic !!
   can u help me plz

   Hrm, well I have had a problem with the item picture showing up when in a bag, but I can still equip it if the name makes sense. What you can always try is to restart the mangos.exe but I would like to know why all my custom items show up when equipped on my character just normally, but when in my inventory it is a question mark....

   i have tried to restart mangos many times , same result no text on the weapon , tried to restart the PC , same thing

   Try deleting WoW cache file(s).

   BmmB is right on, had a problem with a custom NPC and changed his name and subname 3 times only to realize the first change worked just fine but the CACHE was causing me to see the previous model name. It can be aggravating especially while in you interim server build process. So remember to delete it fairly often during construction stages...
