If you refering to creating a dns account for you at like at no-ip.com you would have to do that. You need to know your actual ip address assigned to you from your isp (if you don't know what that is the dns registrtion site should tell you). Then you will need to install and run a small app that you get when you register. That is what updates the service when your IP addy changes.

They should put your DNS name in there realmlist.wtf file and you should have your DNS name in your realmlist table in the realmd data base.

In your mangos, realmd and Scriptdev2 config files you should have it config like this.

Example 127.0.0.1;3306;mysql_username;mysql_password;realmd_or_mangos_or_scriptdev2 <--"what ever config file it is in"

But you need to have whosyourdaddy.go.dyndns in your relmlist table it the realmd data base.

If you used the reaper-x-mangos.exe to setup your server one of the opptions was to configure the realm for your server. In this opption you where ask to provide the IP address for the realm here you want to put in whosyourdaddy.go.dyndns. This will put whosyourdaddy.go.dyndns in to the realmlist table of the realmd data base.

If your useing SQLyog or Navicat you can dirrectly change the IP address in the realmlist table in the realmd data base in the IP adddress collum.

Disabled your router? If you indeed disabled your router that maybe your problem right there. But I doubt you did that.

If your using a router did you forward the 2 ports to the pc that is hosting your server?

For instance if your wow server is 192.168.0.100 on your network you have to go into your router and set the oppriate ports to forward to that internal IP address. Depending on what router you have this could verry. In a linksys router it's called port forwarding. in a dlink it's a "virtual server" I belive. At any rate what ever ports that mangos uses (forget off the top of my head but there are 2) have to be opened and forwared to that pc.
