I feel so freaking dumb

   "Note 4 : All the Tools needed to extract DBC, VMaps and Maps can be found in Tools directory of my release"....

   I feel stupid because I am not able to find the tools directory... anyone able to help me get a hold of these files? Direct me to where they are...

   They did change the name of the directory in this release (6245), look in the Extraction Tools directory under wherever you extracted the files to (the download I got was a zip).
