How do i make a website for mangos 2.4.3 with registration and forums

   I already have SMF (simple machine forums) downloaded i just wanna know if anyone could help me make a registration page and on the website that has the registration page, a forum (SMF). Well all i need to know is how to make a registration page because i already found a tutorial on how to put SMF on a website. Thanks in advance!

   PS: My server is already up and running
