or you can go to wowhead.com and look up all your items?
much easier. they list everything in the game.

The easiest way I find is to get the MangAdmin plug-in, click on the Item-search button on the bottom left of the Window and you can look it up by name, you can even add an amount of the item that you want, then simply click on the item name (not while you are targetting any enemy/npc etc) and it will be added to your bags if you have a slot free.

    Not a problem :)

The best place to get it is probably here:

    http://code.google.com/p/mangadmin/downloads/list

That's the site that should always be up to date anyway. Installation is a piece of cake, simply extract the files from the zip/rar to the ?:\Program Files\World Of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns directory and then on the log-in screen (where you choose your character to play) there's an 'AddOns' button in the bottom left corner. Click on it and click on the check box on the left of it's name and your good to go.

A vertical bar will apear on your screen, you can click the orange icon on the top to open the window, or any of the 2 letter Tab names under it. After that it's all fairly self explanitory and you'll pick it up as you go along. Other add-ons that come highly recommend by me are:

AOTR Dungeon Quester ( http://wowui.worldofwar.net/?p=mod&m=2376 ) - Quests available for instances etc

Atlas ( http://wowui.worldofwar.net/?p=mod&m=400 ) - Maps for instances and locations of bosses

Auctioneer ( http://auctioneeraddon.com/ ) - Most useful if your running a server, keep track of stats related to auctions, pricing etc

CTMod ( http://www.ctmod.net/ ) - Keep track of expenses, better display for buffs (enhancing spells) etc etc. (I recommend disabling BarMod & BottomBar because I don't like the changes, RaidAssist, UnitFrames and ViewPort as well, RA and VP can cause problems, don't like UF)

MetaHud ( http://wowui.worldofwar.net/?p=mod&m=3356 ) - You may not like this, many don't, adds bar around the character to make hp/mp/rage, spells etc more visible during play (check screenshot on site)

MobInfo2 ( http://wowui.worldofwar.net/?p=mod&m=1143 ) - The most useful feature of this I find is that it tells you which enemy you killed dropped which item & the percentage chance based on the number of that enemy type you have killed. Keeps a database you can search through for stats on a specific enemy.

    SimpleMp3Player ( http://wowui.worldofwar.net/?p=mod&m=4887 ) - Exactly what you'd think

These add-ons usually leave a marker attached to the mini-map (top right of the screen) and you can click on those to change settings etc. They are all installed to the same place as MangAdmin,

It's the screen before that, where you choose a character you've already created, sorry it was a little unclear now that you mention it. As long as the MangAdmin directory is directly under AddOns it should appear. Had a look in the Mangos config as it used to have an option to enable add-ons but that appears to no longer be there so I assume they're enabled by default. It may be that you have to have created a character before the button appears I really can't remember.

Yeah you have to have a character or "toon" created first. and WOW...lol (not to use a corny phrase) but nice job IntErlOpr. Thank-you very much for that, as my server doesn't have a monitor or mouse connected to it, this makes it easier to manage "from afar"...lol.

    KuDoS to IntErlOpr !!
