DBC issues on Vista (SFmpq.dll)

   New install here, grabbed 5054 and installing it on Vista64, everything went smoothly except the DBC extraction. The tool says it can't find SFmpq.dll even though it's in the folder with it.

   This seems pretty common based on some googling I've done, but I can't find an answer.

   Thats because mangos to my knowledge only supports 32 bit systems. there has been talk of a 64 bit build but i'm not sure if its out there yet.
