So I am running vista 64 bit version of vista and I am running into an issue with the DBC extractor, even though all of the files are in the folde together, it tells me that the SFmpq.dll file isn't there (even though, it obviously is). Anyone ever have this issue?

ok, but i know why your getting that problem, its vista, i have it too.
you also will have the problem of no cache showing up in your wow client. and that will screw things up if you do a lot of name changing and stat changing and stuff like that.
    So, here we go.
go to your control panel, (make sure its on (control panel home))
click, "user accounts and family safety"
    click "user accounts"
now click "turn user account control on or off"
and make sure the box is UNchecked, with no check mark in it.
then hit ok. and that should work.
