Cannot loot(loot bag picture's black)

   Got to log in again to enable loot,and a quest(for undead rogue) about Seal of Ravenholdt is not to be finished,since the "Complete" button greyed out when I have the required item "seal of ravenholdt",bugged?Can I fix it?How?
